1. Who we are

“Connect360 Advisory” is the trading name of Connect 360 Advisory FZE LLC, an Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone establishment (Reg. BC-888898, registered 20 October 2025, capital AED 100,000), BC-888898 Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. Licensed activities include management consultancies, information technology consultants, software house and e-commerce. Owner and manager: Minakshi Shrimalve. Contact: hello@connect360advisory.com. The founder works from Dubai; the establishment is registered in Ajman.

2. What the site is for

The site describes our services and lets you contact us, book an introductory session and join a waitlist. It does not create a consulting engagement. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement (proposal or engagement letter) that sets out scope, fees and terms; where that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement prevails.

3. Information on the site

Content is general information about how we work, not advice on your specific situation. We update it regularly but do not guarantee it is complete or current. Company names and logos shown are the property of their owners and indicate where the founder has worked; they do not imply endorsement by those companies.

4. The introductory session

The free introductory session is a conversation to understand your challenge and whether we can help. It is not a deliverable and creates no obligation on either side. Anything you share is treated as confidential.

5. The assistant and automated messages

The on-site assistant gives scripted, general answers to common questions; it is not a substitute for a conversation with the founder. Confirmation and follow-up emails are automated and stop when you reply or unsubscribe.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, submit false or abusive content, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

7. Intellectual property

The site’s text, design, graphics and animations belong to Connect 360 Advisory FZE LLC. You may share links freely and quote short passages with attribution; you may not reproduce the content commercially, or use it to train AI models, without written permission.

8. Third-party services

Booking, messaging and payment links open third-party services (Calendly, WhatsApp, Microsoft, and any payment provider) under their own terms and privacy notices.

9. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss arising from reliance on general information on this site, or for interruptions to it. You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Ajman, including the regulations of the Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone. The courts of Ajman have jurisdiction over any dispute.
